Serve this with poached eggs, tossed through a salad or on top of pizza – the only thing I don’t recommend is kissing anyone after eating it!

Ingredients

  • 100 g freshly picked wild garlic, washed and roughly chopped

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan.
  2. Scatter your cashew nuts onto a baking tray and roast for 10 minutes
