I love this stuff. It’s super tasty, cheap to make and extremely good for you! Kimchi is a Korean delicacy that has grown in popularity in the UK over the last few years. It’s a gut-friendly, fermented food that uses cabbage and spices to create a punchy condiment that goes well with almost anything.
