Blueberry Scones

At Café Cùil, our blueberry scones are a bit of a morning ritual. Fiona bakes them fresh every day, folding sweet blueberries into buttery dough. They are easy to make and come out of the oven golden and warm, ready to be slathered with butter or enjoyed just as they are. It’s simple Scottish baking with a touch of indulgence and they are best enjoyed with a cup of tea on a lazy Sunday.
