I first came up with this delicious cocktail when we had tzatziki on our menu. To make tzatziki, you have to grate cucumbers and squeeze out their juice, then mix the dry, grated cucumber through some yoghurt. The delicious juice is discarded, and I decided that we needed to do something about that. So, here it is, a deliciously refreshing cocktail made from zero waste ingredients!
