These rich pops take their inspiration from rocky road ice cream and are packed with cherries, chocolate, marshmallows and cookies to give an added crunch.

For the Chocolate Slice

400 g/14 oz plain (semisweet) chocolate, chopped

Method

Grease and line a 28 x 18cm/11 x 7in deep rectangular cake tin (pan).
To make the chocolate slice, place the chocolate and butter in a large heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, taking care that the water does not touch the bottom of the bowl. Stir until the butter and chocolate are melted and blended, then remove from the heat.
