This is an old fredley-family classic. It is just a perfect vehicle for any thickish jam, but especially for the Rhubarb and Strawberry Jam here. Don’t worry if your pinwheels look a little wonky as you form the soft, stretchy dough; they’ll rise and straighten themselves out a bit as they bake—and you can always drizzle pretty icing over the top.
