Clafouti (sometimes “clafoutis”) is a classic french dessert in which sweet cherries are baked in an eggy, puffy, dutch baby–like batter. If you have some Bings in the freezer, throw a dinner party tonight, for goodness’ sake—you’re already halfway there!
