Meyer lemons make excellent marmalades (see the meyer lemon and rose petal marmalade for a pure one): The rind is milder and more floral than that of regular lemons, and the flesh and juice are super tart. Blueberries are low in natural pectin, so blueberry preserves benefit from the addition of whole citrus—the fragrant but not overpowering Meyer lemon is an ideal match.
