2 ounces Plum, Basil, and Mint Mixer

Method

Put the wine, plum mixer, cordial, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Shake until very cold, then strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Top with seltzer and serve.
