Like the plum mixer, this is a thick, pulpy juice (you simply cook mangoes in a little water until they’re soft, then puree them—no straining or draining needed). Try it over ice with some seltzer or ginger ale, or in place of pineapple juice in a piña colada–type drink. You could also skip the canning step and freeze it in ice cube trays or little cups (transfer to freezer bags when they’re solid), and blend them into frozen margaritas or smoo
