This is a super-easy pantry dish perfect for an unseasonably warm winter evening when you can get outside and use the grill—though you can also use a grill pan indoors. Really all you need to buy fresh are the lime (I almost always have a few nestled in the crisper drawer), pork, and herbs.

Serve these strips of grilled pork with fluffy steamed rice and simply braised greens: Sauté very thinly sliced onion and garlic in a little oil, add chopped winter greens, splash in a little soy
