These are great on a cheese plate, perhaps paired with a homemade ricotta, or as a component on a traditional seven-sweets-and-seven-sours relish platter (perfect on the thanksgiving table). You can use any honey, but a medium-strong one like pumpkin blossom, sourwood, or linden would really shine here with the grassy-spicy coriander and peppercorns—and if you like, you can replace the sugar with honey.
