In this creamy-spicy, bright green condiment, scallions, parsley, cilantro, tarragon, and jalapeño are puréed with avocado, buttermilk, and mayonnaise. It takes minutes in a food processor or electric blender and keeps for months in a sealed jar in the refrigerator.
