This is one of my favorite go-to meals to share with a steak-loving friend. I prefer the meat crunchy on the outside and deep pink inside. While the steak sears in your grill pan or skillet, the stout–brown sugar marinade reduces over sautéed onions into a scrumptious, caramelized glaze. It’s a heavenly combination.
