In this “ta-da” dessert, as if by magic, within about 8 minutes, melted chocolate and butter stirred together with eggs, sugar, and flour emerge from the oven as Kathleen Kenny Sanderson’s divine molten chocolate lava cake. I added a touch of chipotle chile powder and cinnamon along with Kahlúa-flavored whipped cream on top. A final sprinkle of Maldon Salt makes all the flavors sparkle.
