Marinating the Lamb

1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add in the lamb cutlets and coat evenly with the marinade.
3. Place the lamb cutlets in a sealed plastic bag and chill overnight in the refrigerator or for at least 8 hours.
4. Thaw the meat for at least 3 hours</
