I’ve always got pickles in the fridge and here they work perfectly with the salty feta. Great as a snack or a light lunch.

Ingredients

Whipped Feta

  • ½ bulb of garlic, still in its skin
  • 200 g feta

Method

Preheat your oven to 170°C fan.
