Method

Preheat your oven to 165°C fan. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

Place the plain and wholemeal flours and the oats in a bowl with the salt and bicarb and mix well. In another bowl, whisk together the treacle, golden syrup and buttermilk, then pour the mix on to you
