Ingredients

  • 20 g parsley
  • 20 g tarragon
  • 1 garlic clove

Method

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz. Have a taste and adjust the seasoning if required. You can also do it by hand: just finely chop the parsley, tarragon, garlic, anchovies and capers, then add the Dijon, white wine vinegar and oil.
