When you have good-quality beef it doesn’t need much done to it. I like my food to be punchy, and the anchovy butter is exactly that.

Ingredients

Rib of Beef

  • 2 kg rib of beef
  • sunflower oil
  • 100 g butter

Method

Preheat your oven to 120°C fan.
