Sake has a beautiful savouriness to it which works really well in long, refreshing drinks. The perfect foil to beautiful elderflower, with some fizz for extra luxury.

Ingredients

35 ml sake
25 ml elderflower cordial
sparkling wine

Method

Build the cocktail in a tall glass. Pour the sake and elderflower cordial in first, then fill the glass with ice and top up with sparkling wine. Give it a little stir before you serve.
