This is super simple but you do need to leave it to infuse and chill for 2½ hours before whipping.

Ingredients

  • 4 vanilla pods
  • 250 ml double cream

Method

Preheat your oven to 170°C fan. Put the vanilla pods on a tray and roast them in the oven for 15 minutes, until they are nice and crispy
