Put the flour, yeast and salt in a mixing bowl. In a small saucepan, warm the sugar and yoghurt with 110ml water to about body temperature – you don’t want it to get too hot as it will kill the yeast. Add to the flour and mix until you have a smooth dough.
Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl and cover with cling film. Leave at room temperature for an hour until it has doubled in size.</
