Milk Rolls

  • 160 g strong flour
  • 80 ml whole milk

Method

Begin with the rolls. In a small pot, mix 10g of the flour and 20ml of the milk with 20ml water and cook, stirring continuously, over a medium-low heat until it thickens to a stiff paste. Allow to cool. This is your starter dough.
