Gnudi are just as delicious as gnocchi but take half the time to make. Paired with the velvety pine nut sauce, they make a really decadent dinner.
Preheat your oven to 170°C fan. Pop the pine nuts on a heatproof tray and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
