If I see octopus on a menu, I always order it – it’s one of my favourite foods, and for me nothing says ‘summer’ more than octopus paired with tomatoes and lovage. It instantly transports me to the pintxos bars in San Sebastian – food heaven!

  • 4 heritage tomatoes

Preheat your oven to 160°C fan.
