Ingredients

Jalapeño Hot Sauce

  • 60 g fresh jalapeños, roughly chopped
  • 60 g gherkins, roughly chopped
  • 50</

Method

First make the hot sauce. Put the roughly chopped jalapeños into a blender with the gherkins, sugar, pickle liquor and cider vinegar and blend until you have a smooth sauce.

Spoon a little of the hot sauce on to each oyster.
