This is a classic flavour combo and very easy to make. You’ll have some leftover haggis, but you can freeze any excess or double the pastry recipe to make lots of sausage rolls for a party.

I make these with the rough puff pastry, but shop-bought puff pastry is great if you don’t have time to make your own – just use two sheets of the ready-rolled kind.
