Inspired by an espresso martini, but better!
Melt the dark and milk chocolate in a bain-marie. In a small pot, warm 50 ml of the cream and add the coffee granules, stirring until they have dissolved, then set aside.
In a heatproof bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, whole egg, sugar and 60
