  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt

Method

In a small bowl, whisk the egg yolks, white wine vinegar, salt, and mustard together with a teaspoon of water. Slowly start drizzling in the oil, whisking continuously so the mayonnaise emulsifies. Taste and adjust the seasoning if required, and transfer to a piping bag.
