Dark chocolate and sea buckthorn cheesecake

Desserts made in glasses are one of my favourite things for a dinner party as they’re so easy to serve. Here it’s also a great way to show off all the beautiful layers in the cheesecake. This dish does require time and patience, but you can do it all in advance and it’s definitely worth it. Sea buckthorn has such an interesting flavour – strong, sour, a bit funky – and it’s perfect matched with rich dark chocolate.
