About

I love the oval-shaped San Marzano tomato as it is superb used for simple tomato sauces or roasted in the oven with herbs and olive oil and served warm alongside steak and chips. The flavour is really fruity and the flesh does not disintegrate; there is also no need to remove the skin – just use them whole and enjoy their wonderful taste.
