  • About

Cima di Rapa is a type of broccoli (sometimes called broccoli rabe) with long slender leaves and clusters of florets that arrive in the shop from Italy in late winter or early spring. Also grown in the UK, and all over the world really now that seeds are available to buy online, it makes a welcome ‘green’ relief after winter’s root vegetable overload, and can be used either as a side vegetable to roast meats or fish, but also transformed into a lovely warm salad.
