This triple cream cheese has a nutty flavour and a rich, buttery texture, and is really rather a luxurious way of making a cheesecake. Obviously, you have to close your eyes to the number of calories, but you really do not need to have a huge slice of this rich confection. The cheese is really at its best in spring or late summer, although it is available all through the year, and is simply delicious served really cold with berries or fruit compote.
