  • 200 g black jasmine rice
  • 400 ml water for steaming the black rice

Method

  1. Steam the black rice in the water for 30 minutes until cooked
  2. Heat a wok over a high heat, add the oil and heat until very hot.
  3. Stir fry the chopped garlic for a few seconds.
  4. Break in the eggs and mix very well.
  5. Then stir in the rice, add the rest of the ingredients, stir well for another minute.
