Frozen Coffee Cream

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 3.5 oz caster sugar
  • 1

Method

Frozen Coffee Cream

  1. Sabayon the egg yolks with the sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the gelatine, coffee and a little of the double cream. Add the Kahlua.
  3. Soft whip the remaining cream and fold in the coffee mix.
  4. Pipe into demi-sphere moulds and freeze
