Method
Frozen Coffee Cream
- Sabayon the egg yolks with the sugar.
- In a separate bowl, combine the gelatine, coffee and a little of the double cream. Add the Kahlua.
- Soft whip the remaining cream and fold in the coffee mix.
- Pipe into demi-sphere moulds and freeze
