Gochujang Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich

I’m a sucker for spicy honey mustard, and my constant tinkering with the condiment eventually led me to this combination of gochujang, mustard, and honey. The savory combination of Dijon and gochujang meld perfectly, with the honey adding just enough sweetness to temper the chiles. This sauce is regularly used for all types of grilled chicken (and shrimp) on our home menu.
