Smoked Pork Steaks with Harissa Habanero Butter

Step aside pork belly, these steaks are hands down my favorite pork-based bite in the world of barbecue. I’m hoping this recipe will help bring pork steaks into the spotlight; they deserve it. Crispy, smoky, and incredibly tender, these basted steaks are finished with an explosion of spices from the Harissa Habanero Butter. This is a rich meal, so make sure you have plenty of pickles or salsa handy. Be sure to wear gloves when handling the habanero peppers.
