  • 1 pound medium shrimp, 26 to 30: shell, devein, wash, dry thoroughly

Method

  1. Marinate shrimp for 30 minutes. Drain through a strainer, but reserve liquid.
  2. Heat a wok. Add peanut oil. When a wisp of white smoke appears, add minced ginger. Coat wok with a spatula, add brown bean sauce, mix.
