In Canton there is a wonderful fresh food market, called Ching Ping, which cuts through a series of narrow streets in the middle of the city. It is filled with fresh vegetables and fruits, all kinds of live fish and poultry, as well as an enormous variety of prepared foods. On a recent trip to Canton I discovered this recipe by accident.
