Ingredients

  • 1 whole 2-pound lobster; fresh lobster is necessary, killed but not boiled

Method

  1. Cut lobster into bite-size pieces. Place in lobster marinade for 30 minutes. Reserve.
  2. Cut pork into ¼-inch dice. Place in pork marinade for 20 minutes. Reserve.
  3. Heat a wok over high heat for 1 minute. Add 1 tablespoon peanut oil and coat wok with a spatula
