Kung Pao Sauce

I’m pretty sure if you’ve had Chinese takeout, you’ve tasted some variation of this sauce. Although it has the foundation of the Sweet Soy Sauce, this sauce typically has an acid-like vinegar, a thickener like cornstarch, and a sweetener, and it harnesses the fragrance and flavor of a fruit or vegetable. Orange chicken, kung pao, and sweet and sour are all variations of this mother sauce. Keep in mind this recipe is highly adaptable. Omit everything in this recipe except for the vinegar, sw
