Whole Chicken Stuffed with Glutinous Rice and Char Siu BBQ Sauce

Despite its name, glutinous rice does not contain gluten in it. Sometimes referred to as sticky rice, glutinous rice is a variety that is naturally sticky and bouncy. In Asian cooking, we use glutinous rice to make all sorts of savory and sweet dishes. In this recipe, we will season and parcook the rice and beans first, then stuff it in the chicken to be cooked all the way through.
