Bacon Laced Turkey Breast with Citrus Clove Honey Glaze

I love making this recipe for small dinner parties, especially during the holidays. You still get the holiday carving experience but without dealing with all the bones and a ton of turkey leftovers. I developed this recipe during my early days when I was still running the business from my backyard. Always smoke more than you need because leftovers make a delicious juicy Thanksgiving sandwich, with cranberry sauce and gravy!
