Smoked Ounce Cake

This Ounce Cake was inspired by the traditional pound cake recipe, which is 1 pound (455 g) of flour, 1 pound (455 g) of sugar, 1 pound (455 g) of butter, and 1 pound (455 g) of eggs. Easy-peasy! I created this recipe while I was on the set of Food Network’s BBQ Brawl in Texas.
