This is a simple but wholesome stir fry that is quick to make after a long day at work. It’s one I discovered using leftover ingredients I had in the fridge, along with the help of a few essential pantry ingredients. The results are really satisfying. You can of course add more ingredients and, if you’re a meat lover, some leftover roast pork would also make a wonderful combination.
