This one is a real delight: simple to make, and it can be made well ahead. Zesty and fruity – it’s perfect for children too. Definitely one of my all-time favorites.
Purée the prepared mangoes in a blender. Transfer to a bowl. Pour the evaporated milk onto the mango purée, add the sugar and mix well.
