Not a very healthy dessert but then again desserts rarely are, especially the tasty ones and this is one of those. Here, wonton wrappers (available ready-made in Chinese supermarkets) provide the wrap for fresh bananas, chocolates and raisins and are bundled together, deep-fried and served with vanilla ice cream. This is not a very traditional recipe but a sexy way of using wonton wrappers, which my mother taught me. You can also mix it up and make a few with fresh lychees instead of banana
