Mmm... here is a delicious snack made using leftover Peking duck, which I usually serve instead of turkey at Christmas. Inspired by turkey, stuffing and cranberry sandwiches, I thought to try Peking duck and orange marmalade, two of the best inventions and representations of East and West. You will either love this one or not. But I hope it’s love.
