In my salad company, we are always experimenting with new salad recipes. This is my Eastern-style Salade Niçoise. Tuna steaks are marinated in a light ginger, soy and rice wine marinade, pan fried and then served on a bed of mixed greens with all the trimmings: crunchy green beans, hard-boiled egg, Kalamata olives, capers, cherry tomatoes and salmon roe.
